toxi-can node issue with chance

"Toxi-cant? Toxi-can!"
this node gives yours and the defenders hits a 20% chance to inflict poison.

i did a test and it pretty much consists of actually being a 10% chance currently.

i fought sabretooth, who doesnt affect any kind of ability accuracy that im aware of, with a toxi-cant node, and no other nodes that affect ability accuracy of any kind.

i hit him 100 times, in those 100 hits he was inflicted with 11 poisons.

i also decided to test this because i noticed the chance was considerably lower than it should be from general gameplay, this wasnt just a random test, and its not possible to just be a "one off", as i hit him 100 times anyway.

if it were a 20% chance to inflict poison, he should have had around 18-22 poisons. on an off chance, maybe around 16-24. being inflicted with only 11 means theres definitely an issue with chance.

    this also wasnt tested in war, this was in singleplayer quest

    It’s not a pity timer type interaction. And some may think I’m crazy but 100 hits is not anywhere close to enough data to say the node is off. You would need millions or more of data points to justify a conclusion that the chance is not what’s displayed.
