Simple senecio, I bought a paragon crystal, lost 200 units, then got no crystal! What do I do here? Why me?

    Already reset and tried everything on my end that could be the issue

    I thought that, but checked all my shard founds and none changed and no new champs

    Nope.....I reconfirmed that by looking at my solo event score
    It didn't even open
    The game straight up crashed right after I bought the crystals

    This better not take the entire event to fix, it’s so frustrating, this is the next big thing I don’t expect it to be perfect but I expect it to work with how long it’s been hyped and in progress

    No your right, sorry, I was angry that I was robbed is all. Of course it won’t work on launch, look at the game we’re talking about, but my angry mind went to “why won’t it work it’s just opening crystals?” Now I’ve regained myself and understand this stuff Happens, I really should just stop spending/playing this game
