Side Quest: Escape From Titan Episode 1 Threat Level 5
I've completed this quest to 100% and are not receiving the appropriate completion percentage.
I achieved Paragon recently and have just unlocked the rewards for Threat Level 5. This was the same quest that had a bug where the crystals on the paths wouldn't disappear.
I sent a ticket last week.

It's not a bug.
The retroactively not applying to Objectives (once you reach new progression), to the objectives that you never had at the beginning, is NOT A BUG.
It's how it is designed, and has been operating for as many months now as they have been doing progression based objectives.
They've just “caved” into the constant complaints/requests this month (and there are probably like 10+ every new day up here, and many more that don’t even bother making new posts about it because they see the other posts and the suggestion to submit a support ticket, and so just follow that advice without the need to make new posts).
Should any monthly progression based Calendars automatically switch over to your new progression in the middle of a month once you advance too ? Not how it's designed, but maybe if they start getting enough complaints about it (?)
The fact that people are giving Kabam the benefit of the doubt enough to not call this a bug is so upsetting. It's the same amount of work, meeting the same requirements, the only problem being exploring the quest too soon, which should not make someone lose out on precious rewards that they worked equally hard to get.
At very least, the objective description is not accurate, and that should be considered a bug and fixed as soon as possible. People are investing resources into progression and exploration of the side quest hoping to get these rewards and there's no reason at all to believe they won't receive them if they don't follow the forums.
You are comparing "free" items given monthly, to a quest where people spend their time, energy, units, health potions, revives and champions on. It's not the same.
