Have the EQ exploration offer been discontinued this month? I just completed Cavalier difficulty and Thronebreaker difficulty and haven’t seen an offer for either yet.

    I think it is broken. I finished cavalier last week and got it, finished Thronebreaker today and didn’t.

    @Dante_247 I just opened a ticket with support. Suggest you do the same. Generally the mods can’t help with this sort of thing aside from potentially noting that it is a known issue.

    Yeah I saw cavalier completion didn't trigger offer earlier today. All other rarities did earlier in the month from what I saw

    I got the offer on my main account but it never showed up on my alt. Completed TB about 1 day apart on the accounts.

    Yes, I checked for that. It is definitely not showing - the only offer currently showing is the T6CC offer from yesterday.

    @Oakenshield ya I submitted a ticket as well. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. Those offers were one of the main reasons I enjoyed completing EQ’s recently.

    @Dante_247 Quick update from my end. I did hear back from support very quickly and they confirmed they will be able to re-instate the offer. That was good.

    Then somehow my account got demoted to below Thronebreaker, then back up to Paragon. Messed up a few timers (got a repeat of the event quest completion 22 hour event vs. moving on to Hero Use) and cause some other strangeness.

    No sign of the offer yet. Going to follow up with them at the 24 hour mark.

    Confirming that the support team manually added the items and removed 1000 units for me today. So, I’m all good. Good luck on your end.
