  If you explored one of the quests before getting Thronebreaker then you will have to contact support and they can manually add the point to your account.
  
  If you were already thronebreaker before you explored either, then contact support anyways and they might help you out.

  Samething has happened with me as well ! Except it's with level 5 . It shows I've only completed 2 , but I've already 100% quest 1, 2, & 3 !? Kinda weird and silly !¡!¡

  Not weird or silly, it does not give you points for an objective that isn’t even showing and available to you at the time you completed the quest.
  You did the quest first, without an objective, and then later became a new progression and started having the new progression's objective.
  
  Follow what Pikolu mentioned, and submit a Support Ticket (link in Game Settings, or Kabam Support website pages), and they will adjust you accordingly.

  I have been thronebreaker for over a year so that doesn’t have anything to do with it it’s literally glitched that’s why I am not completing the other ones

  Submitting a support ticket to Kabam through the "support" feature of the in-game settings page should give you the help you need. Not sure what the problem might be if you've been Thronebreaker since before the event started, maybe you took your first 6 star to rank 3? But either way, submit a support ticket with as much information as you can, screenshots, and your username and they should be able to help.
