Side Event Objectives not updating to player progression

So essentially I got paragon a couple of weeks ago, but after I had explored Threat Level 5 quest 1 on the side event. When the paragon objective became available, I did not receive credit for that. Do I really need to redo that quest?

    Redo that quest as in re-explore the whole thing

    Redoing the quest will not help. Support ticket is the only way.
