Unable to Bind Relic

I had a Relic bound to a champion and went to unvind it. Said it did, but when I went to bind it to a new champion it was grayed out and wouldn't let me.

    Can't bind or unbind if the champion is in a quest.

    Same thing for me. Unable to unbind & bind certain relics.
