Paragon and monthly side quest

Hello,
I 100% explored escape form titan level 1 to 4 and then became paragon.
But i can’t claim the special reward for exploring level 5 difficulty (6* awakening gem, tier 1 alloy class selector etc).
I tried to run one of the level again but nothing changed.

    Hello,
    I recently became paragon. My calendar rewards have not changed, even though it shows paragon?
    I have rebooted but it is still the same. Any help would be appreciated.

    You might have to wait until you can claim your calendar tomorrow

    I have the same problem I submitted a request for help 11 hours ago and still no update most people I see are having this problem resolved in 4-6 hours
