Good afternoon,I have a question about the Escape from the Titan quest ,I’ve completed all the missions in Titans Quest level 4,but I can’t take the rewards,can you tell me if I do something wrong??

What should I do to take those rewards ,I’ve made again all threats and nothing happened.won’t pass from those 2 ,how can I get 3 and 4 points to get those rewards.
