Can’t link email

Hello! I’ve been trying to link an email to my current account with your forums and stuff. Nothing seems to be working. It keeps on creating level 1 accounts instead of linking one into my current account. How do I fix this?

    Have you tried answering the question the other way during creation ?
    Instructions during creation could be sort of illogical as to what it will actually do for the 2 options it presents to you.

    I create an account on iOS with a gmail, it tells me if I want to login on this device, and then it makes a level 1 account

    You can black-bar over it in pic editor and show again if you want.

    If you’re doing “Create Account” again, using same email as was initially/inadvertently assigned as a new game account, it probably is realizing that and asking if you want to load and run that new game account. (if you do Cancel from the Already Linked screen, does it go back to your older game account ?)

    May have to either submit a Support Ticket asking to assign that email to you older/existing game account.
    Or, if using brand new gmail account anyways, just make yet another new gmail account, and try creating a Kabam ID to it again (trying different answer on some step from when you did it originally).

    Even the Support articles do not provide ALL the relative screenshots of the steps to follow.

    I’ve tried at least 5 gmail accounts and it won’t work, so I’ll probably just have to get support

    Im facing the same problem ,tried chanhing my password but it keeps logging me back to the lvl 1 or 2 account and not my maim account
    Please help me fix this

    I thought I didn’t have a login for mine but I actually did, check if that’s the problem?

    How can i check that ,my email is linked to a newer account and got unlinked from.my main
