Not get the rewards

Today i got season rewards in the mail but when i claim it is not showing in the valut or in the game i claim 6*nexus and shards but I didn’t get it so please help send me the rewards i do my best to those rewards and I didn’t get it so help hive me my rewards back please

    Hey, what's up guys, I would like you to help me in my problem, the new side mission came out and I made a few threatening level 5 games but it was not paragon yet, after a few days I became paragon but I did not tell me the wins and I was 4 wins away from receiving my 6 star awakening gem

    Can you guys please help me because I did not get my season reward yet and I've been waiting to get my season Rewards and yes I did four Wars can you guys please help me out please and thank you
