Objectives will not update

Hello I’ve just become thronebreaker and my objectives have not included two previous runs of threat level four, in which I’ve defeated 11 champions. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be updated. My account name is da danger bros.

    You're going to have to contact Kabam support for this directly. Just a warning, they might refuse to do it at first and you'll have to submit a second request and hope to get someone else that's more competent

    There have been a few reports that Kabam has NOT retroactively applied progress this month, like they did last month.

    If that is so, maybe because they were inundated with these requests last month, or because progress is not as clear-cut as having a “Completed” or “Explored” status on this Side Quest this month like the design of last month's side quest allowed for seeing.

    2nd reason above would actually make sense this month, since technically you are not prevented at reaching “”Completed” or “100% Explored” status a second time after progressing like was the case last month (which last month's Objective was conditioned upon).
    You can still run more side quest runs this month after progressing, and they will START to count for any new runs you do.
    Whether or not you have any Entry Tickets left to use is a different matter, but not relevant to whether you did fights prior to actually having an Objective available that would count those fights or not.
