Cannot Claim AW Rewards

I am unable to claim these rewards. The do not sho in the stash under rewards either. Yet still cannot clear and change to “read.”

iPhone 12 Pro. iOS 16.5.1

    I have the same issue. I had them show twice and now three emails will not go away.
