Archangel bleeds refreshhing?

I noticed Archangel's bleeds refreshing whenever I convert a bleed and poison into a neurotoxin. Is this interaction intended?
I was thinking on R4-ing him so I just need to make sure it's not a bug that will be fixed after I have invested rank up resources into him.

I did notice it today in BG, and pretty sure this is not intended and didn't happen before.

It definitely didn't happen before. Would suck if it's a bug. Pretty cool interaction.

It does look like he’s adding a small bit of refresh on existing bleeds on top of converting a poison to a neuro. I don’t think that’s how he usually works but that looks like what’s happening now. I’ve never paid that close of attention before though so maybe he always did this.

In a normal fight it’s hard to track what’s a new bleed from a different hit and what hit triggered the bleed that converted the poison but I think I’ve got a practice fight video showing one hit converting a poison and also refreshing a bleed on the same hit. It doesn’t seem like a full refresh though. Later in the fight it looks like a hit converts a poison and adds some time to an existing bleed timer instead of adding an additional bleed but it’s hard to tell what’s happening.

Frame with 1 bleed and one poison:

Next frame shows bleed refreshed and neuro:

This is from the later example. First frame shows 1 neuro and two bleeds:

Next frame shows two neuro and still two bleeds but with more time on the timer but not a full bleed timer:

It looks like he's adding an old bleed and poison for the neuro and not the new bleed.

If that's the case, the 2nd scenario looks like the bleed timer is extended because now the 2 Bleeds are the new one and what was the second oldest.

That makes sense. So the oldest bleed is being used to convert the poison to a neuro and one new bleed is being added with a full timer.

I don’t know if he’s always worked that way or not.

I tried a few fights but wasn’t able to get a neuro with no existing bleed to see what happens then.

To the OP, even if this is a new bug, he’s still worth the rank up if they fix it. He’s been a top tier champ since he came out years ago.
