Question about refund on accidental purchased bundle throughout the website

Hello,

I made an incorrect $99 bundle of grandmaster instead of thornbreaker purchase, i haven’t and will not use any of the items given to me. I already submitted a refund ticket. I never requested a refund from Kabam before either. Will I end up at a negative amount for my units? They can remove the accidental units I purchased but will they add more negative units on top of that? Thanks

    If kabam is handling the refund, then you shouldn't get negative units on your account.

    You’re fine. People get negative contest credits from refunds with google/Apple directly or credit card chargebacks rather than going through Kabam.
