feels like an entire week without response is absolutely insane given the issue contained within the post, this marks week 1 of my account being locked because kabam cant outsource their labor properly (bought with apple pay on summoners market, charged twice)

I don't know why people have to resort to saying people aren't doing their jobs when you don't understand how the process works. Its like waiting in a long line and asking for more registers to be opened up like if there's magically more cashiers in the back that a store just doesn't want to use. They'll get to your ticket when they get to it.
It would have probably taken more time if u dealth with Gyazo to get your money back, but eventually you would have gotten it back without the Unit Jail lock...
You complain to the retailer first, not the form of payment...
also i contacted apple first as i assumed it was an error with apple and just wanted to know if i was truly charged 200$ or if it was just a hold or something of the sort
I hope you do know that the Web Store is handled by a 3rd party, not Kabam...cause yeah Kabam makes the game ...doesn't handle the transactions in the Web Store.. same as in game store where apple and google take care of it...
if youre so greedy youre going to screw over the very people spending money on your game it shows how little you care about your players.
