To all the Elsa lovers out there, I have a birthday question.

Your dad was first introduced in MARVEL PRESENTS #1 (1975) 48 years ago TODAY according to Marvel.com. Way to go Ulysses Bloodstone.

However, the cover shows October 1st. Any ideas?

And a shout out to Warlock for bringing us the In-Betweener.

That's SpideyFunko. I never knew the publication date was the cover/pull date. Just looked up the difference. Learn something new even after 30 years.

For whatever reason, the actual release date is always a couple months before the “cover date.”

Also, the “1” is denoting the 1st issue, not a cover date of “October 1st” just for clarification.
