How to get a win as a F2P player in BGs

Let me start by telling about me a bit.
i'm 100% f2p, 3 r5 6 star champions ( i can do 1 more soon). and that make me 18k prestige player.
so here the problem that make my most favorite game mode to become the worst.
as you know matchmaking is based on prestige so that ppl can play the game mode more. BGs will be dead if not much ppl want to play it ( like many other moba game, you don't want to wait 10 - 20 minutes for a match right? )
But the problem is a player with 3-5 r5s will have almost same prestige as 15+ r5s.
when i have 1 r5, i had no problem fighting with the one who have 4-5 r5s. but after 4th july, my opponents are always have more than 10 r5s and r2 7*.
and if all that not enough. here are some more problem that not only f2p player face.
Bugs, controll issues, and especially modders.
My last day of season 9 went like this :
2 modders in a row and then a guy from Chaos and then back to back another modder.
i lost at least 3 matches because of Cow bug ( you know what bug).
i don't want to talk about light or special intercepted by AI because some of you would say "gid gud ".
With all that being said. for a win you want :
1. an opponent with same deck with you not same prestige.
2. game works fine, no bug.
3. of course you don't want to match with a modder.
4. here is where you luck and skill work ( good draft and better skill than opponent).

and no. in GC , it still based on prestige
but some ppl, not only me notice that there's prestige base in GC, quantumn is the gate.
If it was prestige based, a quantum player should be facing accounts from celestial 4 and above a decent amount of times.
