I had 165 6* champs now I have 144. I remember because everytime I grinded for arena i calculated how many points I was gonna do. I had 9k 7 star shards about to open one with the bg rewards. Guess what now I have 0. No bg rewards too that I grinded everyday and was arcane I since week 1. Well that doesnt look like 1 punishment isnt it. 3 punishments how cruel. I called it, I knew it, I said it. Kabam has always treat their player base like this, just look what have they done. And people will still disagree and be happy that they did this to us. Yall said you were only gonna take champs gotten from the crystals. Shameless kabam, do better

You had more resources than you should have, which would have made your account better. Meaning more wins!
Your account should have been re-set and brought back to 1 day before the crystal exploit. No BG rewards or any progress you have profited from since you exploited the game.
If you just send screenshots of what your roster looks like right now, that obviously won't prove anything, we need to see what your roster looked like before the exploit and after the fix. If you can prove it was different then (before the exploit) to what it is now (after the fix) then there's nothing else to argue about here, otherwise don't waste your time.
With that being said, you didn't have to exploit this. But you did. Perma banning you would've been well within the terms of service. Kabam knows it's their fault and they can't keep banning players over their mistakes, so they're clearly cutting back on that, but you knew there would be consequences. Whether they decide to help you or not, you can't be surprised that you lost something here. They put in so much work to fix this issue, fairness obviously can't be a priority. Kabam is clearly responsible for making such a massive mistake, but your account was only affected because of the decision you made.
If kabam really stripped extra rewards from you then that sucks, but you're also the person who tried to get over 1,000 5 and 6* champs from a clearly bugged cavalier reward and then competed in the BG season with those champs. Seems pretty tit for tat tbh.
I would suspect that the more content attempted with a roster containing those incorrectly gained champions, the more work it is for Kabam to try and unpick. It may be that it's so complicated they can only revert accounts back to what they were before.
Or failing that, Kabam could have just deducted 5* and 6* shards for every 5* opened in error, putting accounts massively in the red, perhaps forever. It could have been worse.
