The mythic crystals problem: Hercules

I personally know 2 players that were banned for the mythic crystals bug exploit. They both found hercules 6s from those mythic crystals and they both awekened them with a gem.
Now kabam, suspended their account for taking proper actions but in both accounts they didnt touch Hercules....maybe because they awekened it.
But this isnt right......

    This is a huge issue.
    It’s a big thing for them to try to figure out.
    I don’t think they can.
    I would be super impressed if they could.

    Yeah the handful I know kept most of the good stuff and lost all the bulk garbage 5/6*s, one guy kept an awakened Herc and idoom they ranked from 1>4 and kept 4 7*s another kept his 7*s and a handful of his 6*s he invested stones or gems into.

    App server is probably still on-prem and they moved their storage to cloud.
    Latency is big between the two no matter how fast your connection is.

    Either move on-prem app servers to cloud with database servers, or bring your database to back on-prem.

    Test latency between on-prem app server to database server.
    Then create a test app server in cloud and see if it’s faster (it will be).

    Maybe it's not a problem with Hercules, the problem could be due to using a gem of awakening on a champion that came through the mythic crystals. As Hercules is a very good champion, whoever got through these crystals may have used a gem on him and caused this problem.

    Cloud is good for storage and not much else at this point.
    Would rather connect to an on-prem vxrail server farm than cloud for gaming.
