What the title states. Do you like seeing alloys and whatever else you need pop up as rewards for completing content, or would you rather see something else as a reward?

    apologies if the phrasing is awful the poll kept breaking on me and i wanted to get this done

    i personally don’t like seeing them at all, i’d rather have shards or catalyst frags than alloys which i’ll almost never use

    I think my main disappointment with relics is based in how incremental most of them feel. They operate as combo extenders first and foremost for me, so ranking them feels like I’m expending resources for little gain.

    Couple that with the decision to stop releasing new ones for now and I’m beginning to think relics are going to be yet another thing just hanging around the Contest.

    You either get them, or you don't. They aren't taking place of any other rewards, so if you really don't care about them, sell them for extra gold.

    I really relics though, some relics, like Hulkbuster or Thor, do see benefit to being ranked for the right champions. Some relics, like Gambit, don't need to be ranked and that's okay. I personally like Relics and prestige is a cool number, and it just gets cooler the bigger it gets.

    They need a more consistent way to get the embers or whatever they're called, got so many relics sat unleveled because I have no embers.

    It could have just been gold or not even had that objective. Or kabam could have split the rewards of another objective to fit in there. You aren't losing rewards at the end of the day because relic stuff is just an addition to what kabam is giving.

    It depends. If it's in addition to other rewards then I don't really care. If it's in place of other rewards that I would have gotten, then I'm generally bummed.

    I honestly just don't know what Alloy is and I'm not wildly motivated to ask at this point. Plus the fact that it requires gold to rank up relics, the current system will likely doom all of my Relics to rank 1 for eternity.

    This kind of implies they are worthless.

    If we get less crystal shards one month I feel like that’s typically offset to some extent by getting more gold/iso/catalysts that month. You’re saying they don’t balance the complete rewards package for the month by shifting how much we get of different resources?

    To answer the poll question I’m indifferent right now because they aren’t available enough for me to feel like they do anything. For me to care about them I need to get a lot more somehow and also see an actual benefit from seeking them and using them.
