  Technically AA can still be a great sinister counter, you just have to be faster than your opponent. You will shut down the healing, but the neuros won’t be doing any damage.

  All depends on who you use and numbers of specials. Champs like Diablo, OR, or Herc can actually finish at higher health with suicides than without if played right with the right matchup
