Do nimrods passive shocks count as DOT in incursions?

  If It's related to Damage Over Time Debuffs , then u get the answer

  You'll need to be more specific. Shock is a DOT effect, but nimrod's are passives, so they won't interact with anything targeting debuffs specifically
