Vault Keys(Act 6) not received

I am a returning player, done Act 6 ages ago. When I check act 6 rewards there were some grandmaster vault keys which are kinda permanently added rewards. So I reached out to Kabam about the issue and they said that they sent the keys to all the players who already completed Act 6 earlier via in game mail, which expires. As I was inactive i couldn't claim them.

But they are permanent rewards for clear a part of content which every player should receive yeah. What they should have done is just add them to everyone's inventory like without any interactions.

Did anyone else has this issue

    Unfortunately you probably won’t get anywhere. Been dealing with the same issue for a while now

    Can confirm Kabam didn’t do anything with that. My friend received his first 2 keys with compensation, he is paragon (didn’t complete Gauntlet even once)

    they should provide the keys we deserve,, because they are guaranteed and thay are not like direct rewards, we need to work our a** off to get the rewards
