Stop spamming. Of course people can have an advantage when they have money to spend in a game that sells health, boosts, etc. If you are not just trolling and are only realizing and complaining about this aspect you should know you can also buy champs and rank up materials.
Almost everything on this game is for sale. If you can't handle that then you need to find a new game to play because Kabam isn't going to stop monetizing the game. Go buy a single player game so you don't have to worry about what other people can do in it.
some of the people I saw, those who made youtube videos, took money from people and passed the episode, this is unfair?
I have zero clue what you're saying, but from what it sounds like you're complaining that MCOC youtubers make money off their streams? That's their job, that's how they make money how is that unfair?
Friends, look, this is the event I want to say, just some mcoc yotubers are making money unfairly in unfair ways, the child himself cannot pass the section, he gives money, yotuber passes, is this fair?

how are they making money unfairly? still confused
This post is so confusing. I read it a few times and still don't understand what OP or ChatOP wants. It's like a riddle of nothing. Please clarify what you are actaully saying. Maybe upgrade to ChatGP4 if possible or use a better translator than google translate.

Unfortunately, OpenAI is still keeping GPT4 on a very tight leash, only allowing certain people to use the API if they deem their projects worthy enough for it to be used.

No it’s not fair, it’s mercing and against the TOS. If you have suspicions or even better evidence of it happening, report it to Kabam support, forums can’t really help with that.
They are talking about people being able to pay Youtubers or Mercs to play the content when FTP can’t complete the chapters (skill-wise, lack of easy revives to farm, etc…). They don’t think it’s fair and are correct. Kabam supposedly is rooting out such things but that would be impossible to wipe out completey. They supposedly “nerfed” Act 6 slightly because of the ridiculous difficulty it posed in general, even more so if you don’t have the money, time or effort to invest to push through it. In general this post is about “merc”ing and lowering the difficulty so that paying to pass isn’t a necessity for some. It IS just a game after all. 🤷♂️
It's hard to understand what this is about, but a couple of options:
1) Pay-2-Win: This is not illegal and is in fact the entire premise of games like that, they rely on a proportion of players to pay real money in order to gain an advantage (or potential advantage) so as to make the game easier for them. They still have to actually complete the content, they don't get to "skip" it
2) Merc: Someone finds certain content too difficult, they pay someone else to complete it for them. This is absolutely against the ToS of the game and is cracked down on when it's found.
3) YouTubers getting money from the subscribers/fans which they, in turn, spend on the game to help them advance. This is just point 1 with their source of income being very visible, but still no less valid for the game.
@OP - if it's not one of these three issues, then please be clearer in your description and, assuming English is not your first language, maybe get someone more fluent to better translate for you?
