Kabam support

Why is it so hard to get support every time I have an issue. Tapping the "support" button is useless from the game menu. I have yet to resolve an issue because kabam can't find me in the system. (via email)I'm prompted to enter various forms of ID, which I do, exactly as told, only to be overlooked time and time again. I'm not receiving rewards that are due on daily/proving/expert(several instances), zero rewards for most recent aq and shows I didn't participate (recurring), and losing connection during fights that should never happen. They can recieve the complaint email but none of my replies apparently so I try to just let it go 99% of the time. Aggravating, to say the least.

    I have iOS 16.6 o have tried to enter the game all day, únanles to Connect, reina alled many times, help please.

    Kabam has no idea how to run a game smoothly and well. I’ve been playing this game for almost 7 years now and they have never been able to fix their **** game lol. Really wish they were better game developers and actually knew how to respond and fix problems we are having in the game

    Make me stop lagging out Kabam. Until I stop losing every single battleground because you don’t like my connection, you will be a **** game with developers that don’t know how to fix anything. I bet I could make this game better alone then all of you Kabam jerkoffs combined
