Hercules missing in cosmic tech dual crystal

in Bugs and Known Issues
I have opened like 50 crystal didn't see Hercules even once in this crystal is it some kind of bug?

    I have opened 500 crystals including 5 star, 6 star, dual class crystals. I'm a paragon and playing this game since 2018. Completed act 8.2. I don't have even a 5* Doctor Doom, Shang chi, galan, Scorpion, knull, valk, rintra etc. That doesn't mean they are not in any of those crystals

    I have still yet to pull Herc naturally from a crystal and also have been playing a long time so I ended up buying him last time we had the opportunity and using a gem to awaken him.
