  Warlock I believe had this in his kit where he removed willpower? If memory serves right then there is a workaround with photon. We all know that kabam need to do this with releasing powerful champions and there will always be someone new champion to be released to counter that said champion.

  Warlock removes salve and punishes willpower by degening and power draining you.
  
  As for photon if you have someone who doesnt miss, then they work pretty decently against photon. Just about anyone can get around her dumb mechanics, itll just take time to get used to the sp1 parries. Champions that lower her defensive ability accuracy, like Falcon or Black Cat, also destroy her because she cant place her debuffs on you.

  You really, really don’t want that.
  
  Photon applies an 80% petrify any time she applies debuffs - basically all the time - and if you face anyone with despair mastery, you are going to end up dying to her purely by hitting her. It would lead to people removing willpower in order to face her - which would suck
  
  Photon removes willpower in order to help you, not hurt you.

  Seems like a skill issue, if you rely on Herc that much even though he is crazy good, you're asking for trouble. Especially when they start adding marked passives and debuffs to quests moving forward.

  I can easily solo Photon with Stealthy in the EQ every single time. While Photon can be annoying, all that is required to beat her is just more skill, which, as I can see from this post, is something the OP so desperately lacks
