Battlegrounds Matchmaking System

Does it even have a Matchmaking System? I either get an easy match up with an opponent that have far low leveled champions than mines or the opposite. I am really sick of it. It was not always like that, nearly a coin flip. Does anyone having the same problem with me?

Why would there be a fair matching system in a competition? So weak fights weak and strong fights strong for the same rewards?

I guess you are not familiar with competitive games or game modes, so let me clue you in. In competitive games ranking system serves for this purpose, it separates weak from strong. If you are strong you will be placed in higher rank, if you are weak in a lower rank. But in the current state of Battlegrounds, ranking doesn't mean anything. So that makes a Bronze 3 match and a Vibranium 1 match the same.

You do know that's why there are different tiers to include gladiator circuit, correct?

Yeah I know but Circuit is for top notch players. What I'm trying to say is that whole ranking system should be like Circuit. Victory Track is just a sketchy, chaotic system.

How can you separate the weak from the strong when they all climb the same ladder? If you've played clash Royale recently, you'd find max leveled players in the middle of the ladder just so they can dunk on the weak players.

In mcoc, weak players are lucky they get matched against similar rosters until platinum, so it artificially moves weak players up higher than they normally would if they got matched by whoever was in their tier. That's why matches vary so wildly in plat+ because everyone is able to get there. That's also why we have an extra diamond track and 2 more vibranium ones to help prevent weak players from getting to GC. So if you want to experience the true competitive side of BGs, get to GC where you match on elo instead of a ladder.

Yes, you are right but why the ladder system exists? Clash royale has the same disgusting ladder system too as you've just said. The funny thing is this topic won't be even a problem to discuss if I spend money in game xD. Maybe that's the point of the Ladder, just to encourage you to spend money, so you can reach the real competitive side of the game that you can enjoy, like an entrance cost.

The added Tiers and loss of Tokens were not necessary. It's separating more than just the lowest Accounts.
