    It's going to cost me almost 50 energy to correct this but I'm not even sure if doing it again will fix the problem.

    I'll finish the rest first and do this as the last path if Kabam doesn't fix it by then.

    Happened to me had to rerun a full quest.

    There was an issue with how the quest's map was laid out. It had some connotations of unsavoryness. It was pointed out to Kabam and they had their game team redesign it for lack of a better term. When they did this and pushed it out this caused the <100% exploration issue causing sections of paths to revert to unexplored. The mods acknowledged the bug and said some form of compensation will be sent out at some point to make up for it.

    As for how to correct it w/o rerunning the quest is a question above my pay grade.
