Legendary Crystals disappeared

Anyone lose there legendary crystals after the new update I Had 40 saved up I was waiting to finish to get throne breaker to open them and now there gone completely, I put in a ticket there asking for screenshots, I don’t screenshot my crystals I’ve never had a saved crystal just disappear I have 1000’s saved and for some reason that was the only one that got taken? Any feedback is appreciated

    Actually this is not entirely true, take a look at a few vids of people opening crystals they definitely had a few rewards based on progress, but because most assume all players are at least Cav or higher you don't realize it. I definitely would have taken the 6 Pargon crystals if I could've or the rank up material for my 6*s

    He got confused because OP said "legendary crystals" which are the ones that either give a 5 or 4 star. OP should of specified that they meant the Legends Celebration Crystals
