How to replay lower tiers of side quest?

Once you’ve unlocked all the levels, can you go back and run a lower tier such as tier 6? I can see anything other than 7 or 8 on my screen, didn’t know if there was a way to play a lower tier at this point.

not sure why you'd want to. you can keep re-running the highest tier you can mange and getting those rewards over and over again
