Best masteries to increase champ health?

My team is Sunspot 6* 15k, Juggernaut 5* 15k(ascended the best mcoc champ), Baron Zemo 6* 14k, Quickie 6* 13k and Wasp 5* 12k.

But, let me say that my best 4*, Doctor Doom, don't reach 7k. And it's upgrade to the max (99sig) ,about 6.7k

These days I saw Prof Hoff YT channel and their best 4* have incredible 8.5k health.

Imagine...My top champs can reach 17 or 18k

So I searched and found this
Offense - Despair - Deep Wounds - Unfazed and Assasin
Defense - Vitality and Great Vitality (more points, more health)

Is it correct? Tks

    It sounds like you are talking about PI, not health. You want to have a good mastery setup, but you really don't need to worry about PI. Definitely don't waste more than one mastery point in Vitality and Greater Vitality. Despair, Deep wounds, and Assassin are all good, not so much Unfazed. A point or two in Courage is good and will bump your PI. The biggest PI bump comes from the suicide masteries, Double Edge and Liquid Courage, but (while I love suicides personally) I wouldn't invest in them unless you are willing to focus somewhat on suicide friendly champs.

    Do a little research on mastery setups and make a plan. In general, the offense and defense masteries at the lower portions of the tree only need one point to unlock better things. Only one point in everything on the offense tree leading up to Precision and Cruelty, and those two you want to max or have at least 4 points. Then you can decide whether to go for suicides and/or deep wounds etc. For defense you only need one point in Salve, but you want to max recovery and block proficiency. Willpower is very nice to have but expensive and not absolutely necessary. Utilities are a little different. You want to max parry, limber only needs one point but maxed is nice for defense. Dexterity only needs one, Stupefy and Petrify are nice maxed.

    The thing im talking is the number we all see first in the champ, some says health, some says power.
    4 star champs comes with 1.2k
    5=2.2k
    6=6k
    7=10k

    I will do Act 6, and minimum champ health/power there is 30k.

    So it will be useful to setup my masteries and other interested Summoners.

    Yeah, you're referring to PI. You can just disregard that entirely. Eventually, you'll be up against Champs with a PI of 60-70k, sometimes near 100k, and the highest PI you can get is around 30k (7R2/6R5, maxed, with boosts).

    Thanks. I know that. And even rivals with 1million PI lol

    Now, im entering in a not so much fun looong fights. With same movements every time to win over those mastodonts.

    And we can only increase by upgrade, dup, sigs ,masteries and ascension.

    Btw, ascension was a great idea.
