6Star Rank 2 help

Hey Guys! Just wanted to ask how can I take my 6 star champs to rank 2... like I do have the required catalysts in my extra inventory, but I can't see to collect them for some reason... I've got quite a few 6 stars to rank up, so please share anything that'd help.
Edit: forgot to mention, I'm level 35...

    You need to increase your level and your inventory or buy the sigil deal.

    Level up to get a bigger inventory. It’s weird how they do it.
    Get to 40 asap by using xp boosts and doing act 4.
