On the issue of online updates required to enter certain scenes in the game

Hello Kabam developers！

Now I want to give you feedback on a defect that has been present for a long time but has not been fixed. I believe I may not be the first or last person to provide feedback on this defect. I hope Kabam developers can face up to this flaw, as it is actually caused by programmers missing some code when encapsulating the APK installation package.

This issue has been ongoing for several months, with updates within the APK program. In the past few months, players would update certain hero characters when browsing (such as 2022 heroes), and now it is the first time players enter certain game battle scenes. When an update occurs, the program will become unresponsive for one minute and can only be restarted.

I have worked in software testing before, and in my opinion, this is actually caused by programmers forgetting to put some code into the APK while creating it. So this is actually a low-level mistake, and I hope Kabam developers can take this issue seriously and not have this low-level problem reappear in subsequent upgraded versions.

I sincerely hope this game can become better and better!

    Kabam have said do not install via apk.
    Install via official play store or app store only.

    You're talking about a problem that only happens if you do something that strictly speaking is not even allowed according to the TOS. You are only allowed to install the game from official supported app stores. You're saying the developers made a mistake in the game that can only be triggered by someone doing something not allowed. I wouldn't consider that to be a legitimate development mistake.

    The developers could have wrote the code so that if you installed by apk instead of the appropriate app store, the game simply refused to run at all. That would be entirely within their discretion to do, because you're not supposed to play the game in that way. You are complaining about a feature of the game client that is allowing you to play at all, because the game client is choosing to fix a problem involving missing resources that are only missing because you are skirting the rules. Do you actually want them to spend time thinking about this situation carefully? You might not get the result you intend.

    They do not want you installing the game via an apk.
    They are concerned people install via apk install modded game clients.
    There may well be something in the apk that alerts the devs to the fact you have installed an unofficial version that will trigger red flags on your account.
    If not yet, they could add it.

    It is not the devs doing their job badly but actually them doing it well in this instance.

    They reserve the right to ban anyone who violates their terms of service. It really isn't Kabam's problem that Huawei phones don't have an official way of getting the app, if they don't want people using APKs then it is what it is tbh.

    yes.
    the app is available on play store and app store.
    if you buy a huawei phone you do so knowing that not every app will be available.

    just as playstation games are only for those who own a playstation.
    and pc games may be released on steam, xbox store, uplay, etc etc, and may or may not be on only one store or many stores.

    What do you think I'm violating? Sorry, could you show me where it says that you can't install an unmodified game via apk
