    I haven't received it.

    Probably they kept the same settings from their last message - the one with the "spending survey" addressed to paying players - so the non-spending players didn't get it --- but this is just my personal opinion.

    This is conditioned to go out to everyone. The livestream is, and always will be, for all Summoners - we would never try to gate it to one subgroup or another.
    I also haven't received this mail yet, so perhaps something went wrong?

    Perhaps you are right, but I'm not the only one who didn't receive tomorrow's livestream announcement.

    I also do not have this. I know mail can take a bit to hit everyone but that screenshot is dated yesterday for me and I still don’t have this in my inbox.

    I have my main and 3 alts. I got the in game message in one of them but not the other 3.

    Just saying. There is some kind of delay or omission happening. Probably just a delay but can’t completely discount the second.

    Assuming it's a 9 am pacific time. I'm in the eastern time zone and mail just says 9am.

    October release would fit the recent story release timeline as it’s been a couple of months now since the beta concluded.

    Towards the end of the stream they'll announce the giveaway is happening and you type what they say into the chat to enter and wait for them to announce the winners

    Their offices are in Vancouver, BC so they will always give times in Pacific time zone
