    Where do you trade gold for loyalty like it says in the mail?

    You can trade loyalty for gold by buying aq tickets and then trading them for gold

    Yeah this whole "spacing the event out" AND not giving any sort of heads-up will cause people to make silly mistakes like this.

    Which I bet is what Kabam was counting on.

    Really not very clear on what will and won’t give points in the event when they are adding different things to the store each week. Very poor.

    The pts distribution we talked about all week clearly said Loyalty Selector. And 1000 Pts multiple times would be way too good to be true. That’s your own fault.

    This is the first time I sent a ticket in for something, is it normal for the ticket request document to ask questions about when your first purchase in your account was made, when did you create your account etc, or did I use the wrong support system? lol @Siliyo

    What part did they refund you on? Purchasing the Loyalty trade-in bundle?

    I assumed they wouldn't so I didn't even think to try. But now I will if you got a response this fast. I haven't gotten a response yet for something earlier.

    Also... don't we just love how all of this is happening on a Friday and if they don't get back to us, it'll be the weekend and then it'll be too late cause of when the event ends?

    Generally that's for real-money purchases. But it'll still get to the right people.

    Next time, just choose "I need help" rather than "I have an issue with my account".

    They refunded the units I used to purchase and removed 240,000 loyalty from my account

    I bought the selector and I didn't get the 1k points for it, so I have no idea how you get the points for the event.

    My mistake. I should have read it better. Had plenty of loyalty but spending 3 million loyalty doesn't feel good.

    They are not refunding items because of the points for solo event. I assume this is being refunded because no points are awarded for the unit-loyalty trade in.

    They are just not able to revert purchases that rewarded you with Event Pts, but since this one adds no Pts you can try.

    I haven’t either and I can’t help but think this is going to be a “so sorry you didn’t get it in time” type of situation where some people are given the refund and others not until it’s too late and it’s just *not their fault*
