The pts distribution we talked about all week clearly said Loyalty Selector. And 1000 Pts multiple times would be way too good to be true. That’s your own fault.
This is the first time I sent a ticket in for something, is it normal for the ticket request document to ask questions about when your first purchase in your account was made, when did you create your account etc, or did I use the wrong support system? lol @Siliyo

They are not refunding items because of the points for solo event. I assume this is being refunded because no points are awarded for the unit-loyalty trade in.

They are just not able to revert purchases that rewarded you with Event Pts, but since this one adds no Pts you can try.
Haven’t gotten my refund yet but makes no sense. Why not make it part of solo event? So confusing?
I haven’t either and I can’t help but think this is going to be a “so sorry you didn’t get it in time” type of situation where some people are given the refund and others not until it’s too late and it’s just *not their fault*

My mistake. I should have read it better. Had plenty of loyalty but spending 3 million loyalty doesn't feel good.
