obviously in a tie breaker situation they go with the highest HP over the quickest time.
Duration points fall on exact whole number of points (by math, based on fights being timed in whole seconds, total possible pts for duration category, and max # of seconds for fight).
But “HP remaining” points can be calculated out to fractional points, which is what is used when comparing who won/lost.
If it comes out to xxx.9 for someone in an apparent tie situation, they will lose. If it comes out to xxx.1 instead, they will win.
