I didn't get the Symbioid in my mail

Hello. I was wondering if there's a specific progression you need to be in order to get the Symbioid? I have a second account where I didn't receive the mail to claim the Symbioid. Is that a bug or is it just progression locked? I would appreciate the help!

    Update the game, if so, delete the game and download it again, the problem will be solved.

    Everyone should be able to get it. Probably just a bug. You'll get it sooner or later

    That's weird though cause on my main account I got it, but not on my second account. I use the same device for both accounts.
    Should I send in a ticket?
