Joining war unknown error…

@Kabam Miike or any other programming team member, I wanted to be sure someone on the coding team knows about this, as the last thread did not get a response… my alliance is experiencing this regularly.. and would like to know if it’s getting worked on.

Edit: we have members using both apple, and android products.

    This happens when you have attempted to join a battlegroup where your defenders have not been placed. Make sure to check the one tier higher and one tier lower defender placement.

    Second reason is may be one of your attacker in quest. Free your champs and try again.

    Не пускает расставить защиту на войну. Нажимаю на начать ничего не просто загрузка и дальше ничего.

    Impossible to join bg1 in aw. Defenders selected (they all are free from other quests), but Begin button simply doesn’t work. However I can join bg2 or bg3 without any problems.
    P.S. game restart done and bg1 have a free place.

    Thanks for the info. My alliance members are still experiencing this as well, with defenders placed, and attack champions are also free…

    I can join bg1 in offence phase, but still cannot in defence one.. 🙈
