Wtf is happening
The AI had less than 3 bar of power , i didn't do anything and suddenly he get to sp3
I had this against sp99 just now and recently against Titania

In my knowledge of this meta only sugar pill tag champs get power

Someone experienced this?

    There is another that gives the enemy energy after your buff ends or is nullified.

    Prey on the weak I think? Basically gives all defenders an extra level 3 MD
