Morbius platinum track event

Well this is my last chance I suppose. I tried putting in a ticket for this. What transpired was my ticket being given to customer rep after customer rep. All of them simply informed me that I did not complete the final objective within the event timer. Which I was aware of already. None of them considered or even acknowledged the circumstances surrounding why the final objectives weren’t completed within the event timer. Hopefully I can find a proper resolution here.
This is the story :
I work 12-14 hour days. Add to that I have 2 hours round trip for commute. I transport and deliver freight in the mountains of NH. I do not have a lot of time for the game so I am “out of the loop” during the week. I purchased the platinum pass and for the entirety of it hit my milestones. On the final day of it when the morbius stamp would have become available to me i logged into the game that morning and saw I had plenty of time to complete them after my work day. However this was false. There were 4 diff timers for this event: The event timer itself, the objective timer, the platinum track timer, and the solo event timer (that rewards the 2 day mini booster). The event timer ended at 10am PST or 1pm EST for me. The remaining 3 timers continued for a full 24 hours after the event actually ended. The objectives were still able to be completed, the solo event still rewarded the mini booster. I know because I did them the night the event ended. The stamp and other rewards were still lit up at the time I did them. I got the mini booster from the solo event and when I received that, the stamp got grayed out on the platinum track, naturally because the event had ended. Now my issue was I thought I had more time on the final day of the event because the 3 other timers had more time on them. I didn’t have the time to check further on the last day and I feel like all 4 timers should have ended at the same time on that final day. As a result of those 3 other timers continuing for a full 24 hours past the event ending I missed completing the objectives for that stamp on the final day because it was misleading. Now when I tried explaining all this to at least 6-7 different reps I was inevitably told that my ticket would be closed and any attempts at opening it again would just be closed without response. I was told this because they said they couldn’t resolve my issue to my satisfaction. But the fact is they didn’t attempt to resolve my issue at all. They just basically told me I’m **** out of luck. Now at the end of the day this was my mistake, but it was created by a design flaw in the event itself that procured on that final day. I understand this didn’t happen to a large group of players, and that I am very much in a small group that it did happen to. But regardless of the amount I’m pretty mad that I paid money for this event and have been pretty much silenced. There is no one checking the other objectives I completed, checking the final day what time I completed them, reading what happened and saying “huh that makes sense, let’s send him the stamp” . Instead I’ve spent a week and a half frustrated out of my mind that no one is listening to what happened or even considering it and I’m just being sent generic responses. So please if anyone from
Kabam reads this please try to understand my situation and please send me the stamp
Or champ or whatever it has to be now for me to get 7* morbius. This entire thing has been incredibly frustrating.
