Battlegrounds Alliance rewards when switching to new alliance

I am thinking of switching to another alliance. I can't find in the forums or elsewhere the impact of changing alliance within a Battlegrounds season. Currently my alliance is at 7M, the alliance I will potentially be joining is at 9.5M. Would I lose out on the t6b, t4a, and any t6cc that the new alliance has already achieved? I would join today (which i believe is before any deadline).

Thanks for any help.

Yes, I think you would miss out, but don’t know it for 100% sure.

You miss out on every milestone you weren't there for when it was achieved.

When is the last day of the cutoff for rewards when switching alliance?

I think you need to be in the alliance for 7 days and contribute points to the new alliance to be eligible for season rewards.

You lose out on any existing milestones but would gain any new ones achieved after you join. You will be eligible for season rewards if you join with more than 7 days left in the season .

I’ve switched 5 days ago, so in two days I’ll be eligible for alliance rank rewards. I’ll confirm what happens to previous milestones, but I assume I’ll only get the one we reached after I joined. Luckily (or not in the long run) previous ally had reached a higher milestone than the one I joined. So I won’t miss out. Can also confirm that solo milestones follow you without issues.

For those looking up this thread,
I’m now able to claim alliance rewards (7 days since I joined) and the milestone already achieved in my previous alliance where not available in the new alliance. So you don’t actually loose anything, but you cannot double dip.
Also your points contribution is counted from the day you joined.

I had the same issue changing alliances a week back, and I had a conversation with Support about it. You'll not receive any milestones that the alliance you move to will have already achieved. That is to prevent exploitation and such, but it does unfortunately also affect honest players.

That being said, I think Kabam should try and align the AW and BG Seasons, to prevent this and a whole lot of other problems involved in switching alliances.
