Thanks Kabam for the outage compensation!

I just wanted to say thank you for the compensation for the Server Outages. Really this makes up for it for me and really builds some good will going forward. Please take note Kabam and know this is how a good company makes things up to their player base! Thanks again!

For those who have not gotten it yet it is called "LAST WEEK'S SERVER OUTAGES". It comes with 1,000 5* Shards, some Energy Refills, and some Potions (revive and health). Maybe someone else can post exact numbers on those, I accepted right away so I cannot tell exactly what there was now :D

Still waiting on my LAB compensation but I am sure it is coming as others already got theirs. From what the said we are getting 4 LAB runs (only if you have done that run in the past though... so for me no master rewards for example as I never did that difficulty).

    My entire alliance got the 2 compensations at the same time, but we’re both sitting with 1, what happened to it?

    Yey! The 1,000 5* shards put me over 10,000 so I got my second 5*... it was MORDO!! I am so happy it was not a bad one again... I got Luke Cage as my first one (that was so bad). Morod is really good overall... but I hear he is one of the top few defenders. Finally a bit of luck outside 3*s (I have amazing luck in 3*s... not sure why).

    I am sorry I cannot quite tell what you are saying. can you try re-wording it?

    I think I just suck at english, all of my alliance members got both of the compensation packages at once, and I only got one

    Oh I see now. No worries ;)

    Yeah probably just late. i have not gotten the LAB one yet myself (I too only got one... which one did you get?). I am sure we will get ones we have not gotten yet within the next few hours ;)

    Yes that is correct. The announcement says this:

    "To receive these rewards you must have logged in at some point within 24 hours before the affected period (or during)."


    I am on every day so I "should" get it (I even played during and throughout the server issues... well when it was up during those times anyways :D ). Should come in within the next few hours or so.

    Ya i got the bonus compensation first then the lab just now like an hour later. I guess it just takes time.

    I wish the compensation never came it put me over 10k 5* shards and I pulled King Groot lol

    agreeing with the OP, thanks to kabam and yes that compensation is making up for the outtages. sure i prefer no downtime but adressing it in that way feels like kabam apreciates their customers.
