Banned Account

Kabam,
I recently tried to log on to my account to do arenas and collect my 4 hour crystal when i saw that my account has been banned. I am not sure as to why this happened as i have done nothing wrong to require a ban of 7 days. Please advise me on this situation as i have never done anything to break the terms of service to my knowledge. I have always played fair and in accordance with the terms of service. I have never received any bad marks on my account before and feel that this ban may have been in error. Thank you for your time and assistance in helping with this issue.

    You have to open a support ticket. They can't help you on the forums.
    I already submitted a ticket to support and they said there is nothing they can do about this
