Is it worth 100% completion on all the story content on a fresh account

Planning to start a new account was wondering if its worth 100% all acts till probably act 5/6 it would seem the rewards buff would change the idea of people only completely exploring the first 1-4 acts

    No just get through as much as you can as quickly as you can to get to TB, Paragon etc.

    Are you sure? I feel like units would be pretty scarce at that point since you need to buy alot of energy refill’s especially they nerfed the energy farm on 5.3.6. Also just since the rewards are better in general since the buff might help progression faster?

    Act 1-4, definitely.
    Act 5+, do a single run through, and keep building your roster before returning

    The first four acts are definitely worth exploring. A lot of mastery points and other valuable stuff in there. After that, I see how you could just blow through the remaining acts without exploring them. I think that Act 7 and 8 are actually fun to explore as you go through them, and Act 6 was a lot of fun to explore when I went back to it a few years after I'd originally beaten it. I haven't tried Act 5 after the rework, though, so I can't say how much fun that is to explore. It really, really wasn't back in the day, but maybe they changed enough pain points?

    If you had been a newcomer to the game, I would have suggested you be a bit more thorough with your explorations. I think that's a valuable tool to learn how to play the game. However, since you're a more seasoned player who is just creating a new account, I don't think it's nearly as useful. In fact, one of the things that turned me off my alt account was having to redo old content that I didn't enjoy. So in the end, I think my main advice is to just have fun in whichever way you like to play the game. Yes, the first acts are quite necessary to explore but for XP and mastery points, but after that it's more up to you.

    Yes, i would prefer it in a fresh account over stale one
