    if ur fine with hoarding resource then do it , since none of these champs can be considered extremely good . Otherwise , mantis , mysterio and shehulk are my go-to choices . And , sorry to say this dear , but your roster luck so far has to be one of the worst that i have ever seen

    I believe exhaustion is one of the most useless non damaging debuffs.
    Reducing critical damage is useless(champs who crit on block are mostly skill anyways).
    OP's luke is not even duped for tanking a sp3.
    He would be rated very higher if he inflicts any other useful debuffs (disorient,weakness,wither or even fatigue works)
