Knull in class crystal

Hello everyone, I just finished my Necropolis completion and I have no cosmic 7* for my rank 3 gem so I will obviously choose cosmic for my 2 class crystals. I just have one question, when Knull will be added to the basic pool, will he also be added to the class crystals too ? I don't mind waiting a few weeks, but I don't know if he will be in the pool.
