Post necropolis completion suggestion

Hi,
Finally finish my necropolis 1st run



Got science gem and titania 7*, should I rank up her to 3? Or should I invest in odin r2 for necro exploration in future?
Should I wait next pool of titan crystal to open?

Last question is on who ascend, but I would go for kate to r5 and ascension (already have rank up material)

    R3 titania, she is an absolute monster in war and BGs. Ascend and r5 Kate, she benefits so much from it.

    R3 Titania. Ppl keep talking that Hulk is a broken attacker but actually Titania hits just as hard or even harder and she has more utilities.
